Magic Feedback Raises €1.2 Million to Transform User Input Management

Magic Feedback, a Danish AI firm, has successfully raised €1.2 million in a pre-seed investment round led by Maki VC and supported by angel investors, including Humio co-founder Geeta Schmidt. The Copenhagen-based startup, founded in 2023 by former Google employees Nima Vali Rajabi and Francisco Arias, aims to revolutionize how product teams handle user feedback.

According to Nima Vali Rajabi, CEO of Magic Feedback, the challenge for most product teams lies in efficiently organizing and interpreting user feedback. The platform utilizes proprietary AI to automatically categorize and analyze user input from various sources, providing a centralized and streamlined solution for product teams.

Early users, such as Maria Westergaard, highlight the platform's effectiveness in consolidating scattered feedback. Magic Feedback's AI-powered tools, including surveys and a search engine, have attracted market-leading clients since its formal debut in September.

Former Humio CEO Geeta Schmidt, an angel investor in Magic Feedback, commends the startup's commitment to enhancing the user feedback landscape, expressing confidence in its potential to positively influence product development across the internet.
